Going Away Finallllyyyy!!!

My much anticipated mid year holiday road trip is going to happen this coming Sunday. Instead of the Blue Mountains (which we initially planned to head to), we decided to visit the Bunya Mountains instead. Its a much shorter drive which would suit Tasha better. And at the same time, we still get to experience some real cold. I heard that the coldest it gets in the mountains this time of the year is around 0 or below degrees celcius at night. I have a love-hate relationship with cold weather actually. Personally, i prefer being cold than hot. And i always look forward to bathing by the creek in its icy cold waters after a day of walking (thats how we clean ourselves when we go bush camping). Even if its in the middle of winter. Yup, i'm pretty weird i know.

Anyways, as much as we love to go for more bush camping trips, we decided to start Tasha out with some bush walking first to get her used to walking and nature. So this time we rented a two storey house for 4 nights that comes with a log fire, a spa and 3 bedrooms enough to sleep 7 pple. Looks like we can sleep in a different bedroom for 3 nights. I'm definitely looking forward to winding down in front of the log fire, with a hot meal and cuddling beside Josh at the end of a long walking day. Besides having tons of walks around the Bunya Mountains, there's not much to see at that exact place. Tat doesnt reali bother us since our main purpose is to go for tons of walks and experience some real cold.

Changing the topic, i actually still have tons of Tasha's pics yet to be posted on my web album. Hope u guys did enjoy the last one and maybe i might have enuf time to get together another one before i go off for our holiday. Those who are on their mid year hols, have as much fun as u can cos its gg to end soon.....=) For me, everyday is a holiday.
