Salty Cream Cheese Frosting? Yurk!!!!

Its 20mins past 11pm. And i have a bowl full of cream cheese frosting ready for the bin. Being a real thoughtful daughter-in-law (DIL) i decided to back some hummingbird cupcakes with cream cheese frosting to surprise my MIL early tomorrow morning. I was so busy thinking of the patterns to decorate my cupcakes with that I added 2 CUPS of salt instead of icing sugar into my frosting mixture. (*Smack head real hard on wall repeatedly*.......Ouch!!!that really hurts!!! rubs head gingerly*) Then again, salt and icing sugar does look quite alike at this time of the night to many of us, i figured....Thank God for SIL Rachel who is willing to come out on this rainy night to get me a box of philly cheese from the 24 hr servo nearby. Phew!!
