Midnight Baking.....

Yup, while J & T drift off to slumberland in bed at this hour, I'm up slaving my butt away in the kitchen churning out part of my master piece for this coming Saturday (Becky's, Cat's and Josh's joint graduation dinner party). Not so sure how everything would turn out and strangely enough, my mind somehow seemed to have enough of writing lists. Instead, I'm just doing whatever that comes to mind and pray that it all come together eventually. Actually due to my laziness and impatience, I had already screwed up by breaking my first cake into pieces by removing it before it gets a chance to cool completely and did not bothered about parchement paper. At the moment, cake no.2 is baking in the oven. And when its ready, I would have to make cake no.1 again! Serves me right....at least i know that cake no. 1 taste quite yum and fluffy which are always the essential qualites for a goog cake. I'm not letting you guys noe what sort of of cake i'm making but i would just give you a couple of hints.....think lemon & expresso....To know how the graduation cake turn out, check on me after saturday.....cheers!
