"UM-betta"

I simply can't believe how fast my 'lil angel is learning to talk and apply a new learned word to various situation. Just recently, J taught her a new long word : umbrella. He broke it it into 2 parts for her to learn and in turn she has been pouncing it as "UM-betta".

And while we were about to go for a short walk this morning, perched on J's shoulders, she motioned towards the sky and said, " Sun.....hot(fans herself) .......UM-betta." of course, she was rejected since neither J or I can be bothered to carry an "UM-betta".

When we were walking back home from the walk, it started drizzling. T immediately pointed out, "Raining....UM-betta...have."

Its really interesting how young kids have such abilities to teach themselves new things without being prompted at all. So much work must have gone into creating our human mind!
