She always made an effort to understand me and made time at work more enjoyable. Its sad to see her leave. Being someone of little words, I made her some old fashioned choc cuppies with Lindt peppermint choc centres topped with mint buttercream to show my appreciation for our friendship. The Lindt choc ball in the centre was indeed like a surprise treat to bit into as the melted choc had moistened the cake around it and the mint cream so gently infused into the cuppie. Quite a sophisticated taste for a cuppies I must say.
Liz always have her pony tail tied up with a red ribbon which went really well with her real estate office wear designed especially for her. With her coffee club uniform abandoned, she had exchanged for a elegant office suit with nice ruffled pastel green blouse and gorgeous lavender heels (who wouldn't!).
The houses made were to wish that she would have no problems in selling any sort of real estate, be it from the humble Queenslanders (Kampong type houses) to the modern middle class houses to the more luxurious mansions (or castles except don't think we have any of those here in Aust! Anyway you get my point.)

very very beautiful cupcakes, you're very talented.. and tashy is growing up to be such a sweetheart. congrats.
haha i havent heard tashy speak yet!! :( hehe. marzipan? or fondant for the icing? jema.
Chocolate Reindeer: thanks! u seem to be doing quite well too yourself. =)
Jema: yes yes thanks for being persistent cos if not i will forget. u can use either mazipan or fondand or flower moulding paste depending on the humility and what u are making. For bigger models, u can use either mazipan or fondant. For more delicate stuff like flowers, should use flower moulding paste.
Skinnymum: I would definitely send a box of cuppies if i can be sure that they wont be a mess when u receive them. Might try in future. =) Wishing a blessed bdae and will email u soon. Been really busy with my casual work and preparing for the wedding cuppies. =)
