Lesson learnt: make the best of every situation

The birthday party came and gone. Over the past week, there were 1 failure choc cake , 100 pistachio shell tarts (inclusive of the practice batch), 6 cups of orange infused pastry cream, a 6inch banana cake with strawberry cream cheese filling, one 2 layers 8inch chocolate mud cake with strawberry and cream filling, 4 punnets of strawberries, 2 punnets of blueberries, 3 golden kiwis, 1 dragonfruit, 2 sleepless night, one messy kitchen with sticky tiles and a well used mixer, I'm have just only satisfy my itch to bake.
